Executive Secretary – THEG As the Executive Secretary at THEG, I serve as the central administrative and communications coordinator, supporting the executive leadership in achieving the organization's humanitarian and development goals. I manage day-to-day operations, schedule and facilitate high-level meetings, prepare official correspondence, oversee document management, and ensure smooth internal and external communication. With a strong commitment to efficiency, confidentiality, and service, I also contribute to project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and reporting—ensuring that the organization's mission to empower communities and support vulnerable populations is effectively supported through organized and strategic administrative functions.
